Residential Proxies
What it is
Rotating IPs sourced from real residential device ranges, real consumer ISP blocks, not datacenter subnets. Each request can route through a fresh IP, or hold a sticky session when your workflow needs continuity. Traffic is pay-per-GB and never expires; whatever you buy today is available for the next drop.
The checkout-phase advantage
Behavioral detection at checkout (PerimeterX, payment fraud scoring, IP reputation checks) looks for patterns that signal automated traffic. A static ISP IP appearing across multiple checkout sessions is exactly the consistent signal those systems are built to catch. Residential IPs rotate across a large pool of real consumer ranges. Each checkout attempt comes from a different IP with a different signal profile. That variety is the advantage.
Don't use residential for the queue phase. Queue systems track IP identity through the wait; rotation breaks your position. ISP is the right tool there. Use residential for what it's built for: the checkout path, where variety beats consistency.
Best for
- → Checkout automation on targets with behavioral detection layers
- → Multi-account management and IP isolation across sessions
Residential is priced per-GB. Bandwidth used for ongoing scraping or monitoring is bandwidth unavailable when it matters, at checkout. For high-volume scraping, SEO pulls, or ad verification at scale, use datacenter: lower cost per request, and it keeps your residential allocation ready for drops.
Don't monitor with residential
Residential is a per-GB product. Every GB spent polling for restock is a GB unavailable when it counts, at checkout. Use ISP or datacenter for restock monitoring: unlimited bandwidth, low per-session cost, designed for long-duration watching. Switch to residential or premium when you're ready to buy.
For Walmart specifically: the queue phase also calls for ISP, not residential. Rotating IPs lose queue position; ISP holds the consistent session identity Walmart's queue tracks.
See ISP Static for monitoring and queue-hold, or Retail Packs for pre-built ISP + residential bundles.
